For this MVP, we focus exclusively on connecting young talents with companies, leaving the mentorship feature for future phases.

Create a functional version that allows:
- Young professionals to register their profiles, search for jobs, and apply.
- Companies to post job openings, search for candidates, and manage applications.
The initial version will have only essential features to enable efficient talent-company connections.
