Personas

To guide the development of the Next Gen Lawyers platform, three personas were created to represent the user profiles that will engage with the solution: young legal talents, corporate recruiters, and legal mentors.

These personas were developed based on interviews, observations of the legal market, and mapping of user needs. They help guide decisions regarding design, features, and platform communication, ensuring alignment with the real expectations and challenges of these audiences.


1. Young Talent

The young user is a law student or recent graduate looking for their first opportunity in the legal field. They struggle to access internship and trainee opportunities, especially due to a lack of a well-established professional network. They value technological solutions, more transparent selection processes, and opportunities that align with their academic and career interests.


2. Company HR

This persona represents Human Resources professionals from law firms. Their main challenge is to find qualified candidates quickly and efficiently. They look for tools that optimize the recruitment process by offering more accurate segmentation and recommendations, with a focus on diversity and cultural fit.


3. Mentor

The mentor is an experienced legal professional who wants to contribute to the development of new talent. Despite a busy routine, they seek flexible ways to share knowledge. Their goal is to create social impact, pass on their experience, and support the professional growth of young people entering the legal market.
