📐 Prototypes — Next Gen Lawyers

🎯 Objective​

The prototypes of the platform aim to visually demonstrate the user experience for both primary personas: Students (young talents) and Companies/Law Firms. The screens were designed to reflect the identity of the product and follow the visual language of the legal sector, combined with usability principles and Ant Design components.

🎨 Identity and Style Guide​

  • Color Palette: Orange, Gray, Black, White
  • Design System: Based on Ant Design
  • Tone of Voice: Professional, modern, and inclusive
  • Platform Focus: Job placement and talent visibility

🧑‍🎓 Student Journey​

1. Registration (Multi-Step)​

  • Step 1: Basic Information (Full Name, Email, Password)
  • Step 2: Academic and Professional Background (University, Scholarship, Graduation Year, NEXT Participation Year, Current Role)

2. Student Profile​

  • Layout inspired by LinkedIn
  • Displays academic and professional information
  • Includes areas for awards, extracurriculars, and professional interests

3. Edit Profile Modal​

  • Allows editing all fields (including photo upload, LinkedIn URL, bio, etc.)

4. Job Listings Page​

  • List of available positions with filters (e.g., area of law, benefits)
  • Students can view detailed info and apply directly

🏢 Company Journey​

1. Registration​

  • Fields: Company Name, Email, Password, Description

2. Company Profile Page​

  • Overview of the firm
  • Option to create job postings
  • “Edit Profile” button available

3. Edit Company Profile Modal​

  • Allows adding values, practice areas, social links, and logos

4. Create Job Modal​

  • Fields: Title, Description, Requirements, Area, Compensation, Benefits

5. Job Dashboard​

  • Summary of all created job postings
  • Data: number of applicants, filters by status, and candidate previews

6. Candidate List Page​

  • Search and filter through student profiles
  • View and access detailed student resumes

7. Application Tracker (Per Job)​

  • View list of all candidates per job posting
  • Track stages (e.g., received, in evaluation, rejected, accepted)
