Organization of Epics and User Stories for the MVP and first iteration of the platform.

🧱 Epic 1: Registration & Access​

✅ User Stories​

  • As a young talent, I want to sign up using email or social media so that I can access the platform easily.
  • As a company, I want to validate my CNPJ during registration to ensure authenticity in the system.
  • As a mentor, I want to submit my professional data (bar registration, work history) so I can be approved as a volunteer mentor.

  • As a young talent, I want to fill in my profile with education, experience, and resume so I can receive personalized job opportunities.
  • As a company, I want to create an institutional profile with a logo and company values to introduce myself to candidates.
  • As a mentor, I want to edit my area of specialization so I can attract young talents aligned with my expertise.

  • As a young talent, I want to search for jobs using filters such as legal field, contract type, and location to find relevant opportunities.
  • As a young talent, I want to apply with one click to simplify the selection process.
  • As a young talent, I want to track the status of my applications in real time so I know where I stand in the process.

  • As a company, I want to create new job openings with customizable fields so I can describe job requirements clearly.
  • As a company, I want to use filters to find candidates based on their education, experience, and legal field.
  • As a company, I want to save candidate profiles for later so I can streamline my recruitment process.

  • As a mentor, I want to set my available times on a calendar so young talents can book sessions with me.
  • As a young talent, I want to book a mentorship session based on availability so I can ask questions to experienced professionals.
  • As a mentor, I want to evaluate the young talent’s performance after the session to contribute to their development.
  • As a young talent, I want to access the mentor’s feedback so I know how I can improve.

  • As a young talent, I want to receive notifications about new job openings and mentorships so I don’t miss important opportunities.
  • As a company, I want to be notified when a candidate applies to my job opening so I can move the process forward quickly.
  • As a mentor, I want to be reminded before a mentorship session so I can prepare in advance.
